Remtehgaz provides a guarantee for 12 months from the moment of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the rendered services.
If during the warranty period the Customer identifies defects in the equipment, then our company eliminates them at its own expense or replaces the defective equipment with new ones.
Moreover, the warranty period is extended for the period of elimination of defects, except in cases of improper use of equipment / mechanisms and mechanical damage during operation by the Customer.
