Air separation plants

We offer various supply options – from equipment supplies from the manufacturer to the complete installation of equipment at your enterprise. You will be able to choose which option best suits your needs. Each installation is developed in accordance with specific requirements (for example, with the goals of production of argon or liquefied gases). The range of operational support that we offer includes a range of services – from solving technical issues and supplying spare parts to upgrading plants and installing additional systems, allowing you to pay more attention to the main activities of your company.

Cryogenic air separation plants

Standard large-capacity cryogenic plant for the production of gaseous and liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon according to the “on-site supply” or on-site production method.

The supplied large-capacity cryogenic plants have a unique modular design, which facilitates the installation of equipment and provides extremely reliable supplies of gaseous oxygen and / or nitrogen of high purity “on site”.
Productivity from 1000 to 20,000 m3 / h in oxygen, purity of oxygen 2.7, argon and nitrogen 5.0.

Nitrogen Membrane Plant

On-Site Nitrogen Membrane Plant

Compressed air is supplied to the filtration unit and passes through hollow fiber membranes. Faster gases (water vapor, carbon dioxide, oxygen and argon) are filtered through the walls of the fibers and removed from the process. Since nitrogen has less leakage, it does not pass through the fiber walls and continues to move inside the hollow fibers for the next technological cycle during which it is accumulated and fed to the customer’s technological installations.

CCA Nitrogen Production Plant

On-site standard short-cycle adsorption (CCA) high-purity nitrogen production plant

Dry compressed air is fed to a layer of absorbent material, which is made of unique molecular sieves. In molecular sieves, selective adsorption of oxygen and by-products is carried out. As molecular sieves become saturated, the air flow switches to a second layer of absorbent material. After that, regeneration of the first layer of absorbent material is performed. This cyclic process allows a continuous flow of nitrogen from the absorbent material to be obtained. The finished gaseous product is fed directly to the customer’s process plants.

Oxygen Plant – CCA

On-site oxygen short-range adsorption (CCA) standard plant.

The plants provide the production of oxygen of various purities, under different pressures and with different flow rates. Through the use of the latest technology, an on-site oxygen production system? – provide significant cost savings compared with traditional methods of using liquid oxygen.

Compressed air is fed to a layer of absorbent material, which is a layer of high-performance molecular sieves. In the sieve layer, selective absorption of nitrogen and by-products occurs. As a result of this high-performance process, an oxygen stream is generated, which is supplied directly to the customer’s processing equipment.

Thanks to the modular design and autonomy of the individual units, this technological system is a very compact installation, the installation of which is a simple operation.
