Mobile cryogenic containers

IPF Remtehgaz LLC offers mobile cryogenic equipment for storage and transportation of liquid cryogenic gases manufactured by VRV Group / Italy / and Cryo Diffusion S.A. /France/.

In its work, VRV S.p.A., as part of the VRV Group, specializes in the production of cryogenic equipment for the storage and transportation of liquefied industrial gases, CO2 and LNG, while Cryo Diffusion produces cryogenic equipment for biology, medicine, including artificial insemination and dermatology, research centers, laboratories, etc.

Stainless steel mobile cryogenic containers for transporting small volumes of cryogenic liquids

Mobile cryogenic containers, or as they are also called liquid cylinders, are an economical, ergonomic, maneuverable and convenient cold gasifier in transportation and operation.

The advantages of a mobile cryo-cylinder are as follows:

  • compactness during transportation and use;
  • simplicity and convenience of moving the tank on the production floor;
  • ease in connection to technological pipelines;
  • a guarantee of compliance with gas purity standards;
  • Significant decrease in cylinder pressure compared to standard cylinders;
  • additional opportunities for the organization of the technological process in production;
  • a wide range of volumes offered – from 100 to 1000 liters.

This type of mobile cryogenic containers is intended for storage, gasification and transportation of cryogenic liquids: argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.

The productivity of mobile cryocylinders for gasification of argon, nitrogen and oxygen is in the range from 9.2 to 80 m3 / h, and for carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide, the productivity is from 2.9 to 24 m3 / h.

There are mobile cryogenic tanks operating at various values of the maximum working pressure from 3.9 bar to 37 bar, with the possibility of using both simple storages and transport tanks for cryogenic liquids, and complete cold gasifiers (as mentioned above).

Evaporation losses per day are slightly more than in standard gasifiers, but less than their counterparts and make up 1-1.9% per day, which is ensured by vacuum isolation of the space between the inner and outer vessels.

The main areas of application of these systems:

CRYO CYL mobile cryogenic vessels

CRYO CYL series mobile cryogenic vessels are designed for transportation of liquefied N2, O2, Ar, N2O with a working pressure of 4, 24 and 35 bar, with a capacity of 230 liters, 600 liters, 1000 liters, 2000 liters.

Specifications:

  • Low losses thanks to high-quality screen-vacuum insulation.
  • The vessel is made entirely of non-magnetic stainless steel.
  • Compact size, robust design, low maintenance.
  • Equipped with shut-off and safety valves, a pressure regulator and measuring instruments located on the side of the vessel for easy operator access.
  • Quick response of the pressure maintenance system thanks to an evaporator placed on an external structure (up to 130 Nm3 / h).
  • Pressure maintenance system with a combined regulator – economizer.

Dewar containers for helium

VRV – Cryo Diffusion has the most comprehensive range of liquid helium containers available in the industry. This new generation equipment is used for storage and transportation of liquid helium. The product range of the enterprise includes cryostats, containers and distribution pipelines of liquid helium. Mobile containers are extremely reliable in operation and meet the highest requirements: research centers, universities, tomography.

Specifications:

  • Volume 30 – 18000 liters.
  • The MSB series has internal and external vessels made of non-magnetic stainless steel.
  • The NMH 65-250 series is made of aluminum.
  • Horizontal transport vessel RTN.
  • Low losses thanks to high-quality screen-vacuum insulation.
  • Stationary Dewar in accordance with European standards PED 97/23. Transport Dewars in accordance with European standards TPED 99/36.
