The unit operates only with sufficient buffer volume (the volume of the receiver depends on the required mixed gas performance and ranges from 100 liters to 500 liters). The performance of these mixers is up to 500 m3 / h or more.
These mixers are easy to manage, as the smooth adjustment of the mixture is carried out using a proportional mixing valve for 2 gases or three separate mixing valves for three gases with rotating knobs and scales in%. Supply of gas mixture is possible from 0 to maximum productivity.
The device ensures high process safety due to the fact that it is independent of pressure fluctuations in the gas supply. A short, temporary supply of the gas mixture is possible, as well as a lockable sight glass to preserve the values set on the device.
Additionally possible to control the gas supply by means of pressure switches; a low inlet pressure triggers an optical (optional acoustic) the fault signal and includes potential free contact (e.g. for hitchhiking process and prevent quality problems). An integrated analysis is also possible to control the gas mixture according to the documentation, as well as the installation of a mixing device on the buffer receiver for easy commissioning.
