Remtehgaz company makes a full list of works on vacuum restoration (evacuation) in the heat-insulating cavity of the inner vessel in cryogenic containers using professional equipment.
The list of works on the implementation of evacuation of the insulating cavity:
- Opening (replacement) of the protective membrane of the insulating cavity.
- Drying the filler of the heat-insulating cavity with warm nitrogen.
- Topping up (if necessary) the filler to the norm.
- Installing the casing membrane.
- Revision of the bellows (vacuum) valve. Replace if necessary.
- Evacuation of the insulating cavity of the inner vessel to the norm of 20 Pa – 40 Pa.
- Installing plugs on the valve and membrane.
- Sealing
Evacuation must be done at least 1 time per year, thereby you can eliminate spontaneous loss of liquid cryoproduct.
